The policy complies with Indonesian consumer protection regulations (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen) and Indonesian regulations regarding dietary supplement returns. Please review this policy carefully before making purchases.
Unopened, unused dietary supplement products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in resaleable condition with all original packaging, seals, and documentation intact. Return eligibility requires proof of purchase from Nulon.
The following categories of products are NOT eligible for return or refund under Indonesian law and consumer protection regulations:
Indonesian dietary supplement return restrictions align with food safety regulations. Opened supplement containers cannot be resold due to health and safety concerns. Once packaging is broken, the product integrity cannot be verified, and resale would violate consumer safety standards. This restriction protects public health and is mandated by Indonesian law.
If your unopened product qualifies for return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product defect, damage in transit, or Nulon error. Customers should use insured shipping methods to protect products during return transit. Nulon is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and verifying returned products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Customers should allow additional time for funds to appear in their account depending on their financial institution.
If you receive a defective product (damaged packaging upon arrival, obvious contamination, or manufacturing defect), contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. Defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund at Nulon's discretion, regardless of opening status. Customers should retain products pending inspection.
If products arrive damaged, document damage with photographs before opening. Contact us within 7 days with proof of damage and your order information. We may request return of damaged products for inspection. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Products shipped with expiration dates within 60 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement or refund. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and product information. We will verify the expiration status and process replacements or refunds accordingly.

Dietary supplements are not medicines and do not provide guaranteed results. Individual responses to supplements vary significantly. Lack of perceived effectiveness, or failure to achieve expected personal outcomes, does not qualify for refund. Refunds are limited to product defects, damage, or return window violations, not subjective effectiveness assessments.
